Are your products certified organic and vegan?
Absolutely. Our entire range is certified organic by the Soil Association and Cosmos, and we are proudly certified vegan and cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny and the Vegan Society.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate applies based on your location at checkout.
What is your return policy if a product doesn't suit my skin?
We offer a 90-day 'satisfaction guarantee' return policy. If a product isn't right for your skin, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase.
Can I use Pai products during pregnancy?
